Wonderful english tankard in sterling silver; a piece of great quality and manufacture, created by the maker Samuel Wells. Made in London and richly decorated with floreal patterns, it dates back to the time of monarch George II (year 1743) and it is hallmarked under the base.
The condition is very good considering the age, some very slight dents on it (see the photos, please). Certificate of authenticity is included. 18th century (year 1743 - George II). Height 19 cm - Length 18 cm - Width 12 cm. Hallmarks under the base - English origin (London).
