It has a beautiful scrolled wooden handle and wonderfully designed spout with an acanthus leaf tip. The hinged lid is hallmarked on the inside lip and has an acorn style finial.The coffee pot is fully hallmarked for Naylor Bros. Sterling Silver, London and has a date mark of 1959 on the side and also on the lid. It is marked on the bottom for Havey & Gore Virgo St. One side of the coffee pot is engraved with the presentation "The Worshipful Company of Musicians Sir Charles Santley Memorial Presented to Keith Falkner 11-10-60 ". This coffee pot stands 8" in height and spans 8" handle to spout and weighs a substantial 669 grams.
