For your consideration is this exceptional circa early 19th century English sterling silver tall samovar from my personal collection. The samovar stands at 20" tall from base to top of lid, and 11" from handle to handle (outside) and weighs approx. 87.56 troy ounces 2,722.972 grams, over 6 pounds (note: I removed the spout for a most accurate reading). The front features a lovely hand chaised Royal Coat of Arms crowned (hand, lion, etc,) with a bow.
The lid, base and neck adorned with beaded decoration. Excellent condition, no breaks, no repairs, no dents or detracting issues. Lid Bears lion passant and what appears to be WC, see photos.
Interior of samovar bears four makers marks that are difficult for me to make out but have included in last photo. Should you have any questions, please feel free to enquire.
