A good quality, Antique, Georgian English Silver Vinaigrette made in Birmingham by Joseph Willmore and dating from c1817. It is hallmarked with the maker's mark "JW" for Joseph Willmore, the Monarch's Head duty mark, the Lion Passant Sterling Silver mark, the Birmingham town mark and date letter "t" for 1817/18. The exterior of the box with a decorative ribbed design. The lid opening to reveal a lovely, decorative grill. The box measures 33mm x 22mm x 9mm. The weight is 13.7g.
