Height 3.5cm, diameter 25.5cm. 645 grams (20.73 troy). An elegant serving salver of good proportions by esteemed Sheffield maker Mappin & Webb. There is so little even on the underside of the feet that we doubt if this has ever been used. I have been involved in the antiques business since 1971. My career took a leap forward when I joined Bonhams in 1976. Some five years later I became head of the Decorative Arts department.
